Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay for the full subscription term.

Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time before your next scheduled charge.

To cancel or change your subscription, use the link in any order confirmation email to access your subscription, or contact us at yeah@waterouai.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to apply to that upcoming delivery; changes made after that window will apply to the following delivery.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available in inventory. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a future date.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped by contacting us at yeah@waterouai.com. If you paid a deposit or the full amount, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation.

If your pre-order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a return or refund per our Return Policy.
